Gayle Macklem

I am a member of the North Shore Arts Association, the 8th Maine Painters and the Cape Ann Painters. I studied with the late Sister Vincent de Paul of Ipswich and have studied with Betty Lou Schlemm, of Rockport, for 30 years. I received some training at the Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA.

Currently, I work as an adjunct trainer of students studying to become school psychologists at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. In addition, I am on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts School Psychologists Association and chairperson of a committee, as well as serving as web editor and facilitator of an online course for the association. My interests are in bullying, emotion regulation, and evidence based school counseling. I have written three books that you can find here, here and here.
